Top Ten Plastics Industries Sdn. Bhd. manufactures flexible packaging and bags for food and industrial use — printing, lamination, bag making and roll making under one roof, serving Malaysia, Singapore and export markets for over 30 years.
Since 1993, Top Ten Plastics Industries has supplied flexible plastic packaging from our plant in the Silibin industrial estate, Ipoh. We are a major supplier of packaging bags for rice, snack and frozen-food brands in Malaysia and Singapore.
Printing, lamination, bag making and roll making all happen under one roof.
Beyond food packaging, we supply various shrink films and heavy-duty industrial packaging, made to your specification.

Ask about your product

Our food-safety practices are certified to FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP, and our quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified since 2003.
Printing, lamination and conversion all happen in-house, so every stage is checked in the same building and quality stays fully in our hands, from raw films to finished bags.
Send the enquiry form below, WhatsApp us, or call +605-527 2888 with the product, bag size, expected quantity and print requirement. Our team replies within one working day with a specification and price.
Tell us what you are packing, the target fill weight, bag dimensions, expected quantity and whether the bag is printed. A photo or a sample of your current bag helps. If you are unsure of any detail, describe how the pack is filled, sealed and stored, and we will work it out with you.
Yes. Describe the contents, fill weight and how the bag is filled, and we will recommend the format, material and thickness. Many customers start with a product and a target weight, and leave the construction to us.
Yes. Digital printing runs from 100 pieces with no plate costs, which suits trial runs and new brands. Larger volumes run on our conventional presses. Send the quantity per design and we will recommend the right route.
Editable production artwork is ideal. Text, barcodes and product information should be final before proof approval. If you only have a draft or a reference image, send it anyway and we will tell you what is still needed.
Our plant is in the Silibin industrial estate in Ipoh, Perak. We supply customers throughout Malaysia and Singapore, and we export to Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan and the Middle East.
FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP for food safety, plus ISO 9001 since 2003.
Yes. A current sample shows us the construction, dimensions and print orientation. Tell us what should stay the same and what you want to improve, and we will quote from there.
Choose digital when artwork changes often, you are testing a product, you need many designs in small quantities, or speed matters. It needs no printing plates. Conventional printing costs less per bag when one design repeats at volume because the plate cost spreads across a larger run. Tell us the quantity per design per year and we will compare the two routes for you.
Use only the barrier your shelf life needs, reduce print colours, put several SKUs on one film structure, and order fewer, larger runs so plate costs spread further. If you have your own packing line, film on the roll may also cost less than finished bags. Send us your current bag and we will identify which options fit.
The outer layer carries the print, usually PET or BOPP. A middle layer blocks oxygen, moisture or light: aluminium foil gives the strongest barrier, metallised film is a lighter and lower-cost option when full foil is unnecessary, and nylon adds toughness for puncture and freezing. An inner PE or CPP layer seals the bag. Tell us the shelf life, fill temperature, oil and moisture content, and storage conditions so we can recommend the right structure.
Warning signs include seals leaking or bursting in transit, food going soft, stale, oily or discoloured before its date, bags tearing on the packing line, production moving from trial to regular volume, or a customer asking for recyclable packaging. Send us the existing bag and the problem you see, and we will review it.
Tell us the product, size, material and quantity — our team will come back with a specification and quotation.
